Welcome to the 2015 Cross Fitness Freedom Series!  

Whether you’re looking to regain the body you knew before kids and carbs caught up to you, or you’re starting a fitness and nutrition plan for the first time, I’m here to help.  And I couldn’t be more committed to helping you surpass your goals.

In this workout series, I design each movement to build lean muscle and structure the program to help you burn a lot of fat.  As a physique athlete, I take some very clear steps to boost my metabolism and shed fat quickly.  I’m going to share all those tips here!
